Dog Training Online

”How is it possible to do dog training online?”

As I became well known in the Boston area for creative dog behavior problem solving, I began to realize that many of our dog training sessions didn't actually involve hands-on dog training.

Often, we actually needed to spend our time together

• going over the student's dog journal entries to help them understand how to become great behavioral problem solvers so they wouldn't need my guidance forever,
  
• watching and analyzing videos they had captured to assess progress, challenges and next steps,
  
• or explaining complex concepts because students who understand why we do things a certain way also understand how to effectively modify their approach when needed.

One day, it occurred to me that I could avoid having to charge my students a travel surcharge for dealing with big city traffic to reach them if I offered them online dog training to supplement our in-person private dog training sessions.

As a matter of fact, all some of my students needed was a bit of coaching via online dog training.

Once I discovered the power of online dog training, it even allowed me to begin helping students outside the service areas I would normally be willing to travel to.

I currently offer in-person private puppy and dog training to students in Washington's Wenatchee Valley. However, you can now leverage the power of my online puppy and dog training from virtually anywhere in the world via one-on-one Zoom or Skype consultations for many issues, while avoiding any additional travel surcharges.

I've added online dog training to my list of services for all of these reasons... Sometimes it's a supplement to a private dog training program for a local student, sometimes it's just right for someone who's in need of some basic advice, and sometimes it's to help students at a distance who need my expertise.
